MUMBAI, June 19 (Reuters) - STOCKS:
The benchmark BSE Sensex was down 0.84% at 76,757,
while the broader NSE Nifty 50 index declined 0.74% to
23,994, a dragged by information technology stocks after a weak
read-through from Accenture's ( ACN ) earnings outlook weighed on
sentiment.
RUPEE:
The Indian rupee was nearly flat versus the U.S.
dollar at 94.36, wedged between improving flows and a Federal
Reserve-driven dollar rally.
GOVERNMENT BONDS:
The benchmark 10-year bond was quoted at
100.6750 rupees, with the yield up 1 basis point at 6.8435%,
with New Delhi scheduled to raise fresh debt later in the day
and investors continuing to monitor the Middle East.
OVERNIGHT INDEX SWAPS:
The one-year overnight index swap rate
rose 1.25 bps to 5.9%, while the five-year swap rate
gained 1.5 bps to 6.3350%.
CALL MONEY:
India's overnight call money rate was at 5.05% and
the overnight TREPS rate was at 5.20%.
