May 7, 2024 4:34 AM

07:14 AM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The most-talked-about stocks in the Reddit subforum Wallstreetbets were mostly lower hours before Tuesday's opening bell.

Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) stock was 9.7% lower pre-bell, swinging from an 8.1% increase at Monday's close after the company's Q1 results showed a sharp sequential slowdown in US commercial revenue growth.

Tesla (TSLA) shares were down 1.9% premarket, reversing a 2% increase from the previous session. Tesla started another round of layoffs over the weekend with workers across several departments, including software, service and engineering receiving an email between Friday and Sunday, Electrek reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock was 1.4% lower hours before market open, offsetting a portion of its 3.8% increase from Monday's session.

Walt Disney ( DIS ) shares were down 1.1% hours before the opening bell, reversing a part of their 2.5% increase from the previous session.

Boeing ( BA ) stock was 1% lower in premarket activity, still declining after a 0.8% fall at Monday's close. Boeing ( BA ) is facing a Federal Aviation Administration investigation into the inspections of some of its 787 Dreamliner jets and falsifying records, the regulator told MT Newswires.

Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) shares were down 0.8% in pre-bell hours after closing Monday with a 2.6% increase.

Hims & Hers Health ( HIMS ) stock was nearly 15% higher in premarket activity, adding to its 3.5% increase from Monday's session. Hims & Hers Health ( HIMS ) reported Q1 earnings late Monday of $0.05 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.05 a year earlier.

Apple ( AAPL ) shares were up 0.9% in pre-bell hours, offsetting a 0.9% decline from the previous session.
