Social Buzz: Wallstreetbets Stocks Mostly Lower Premarket Thursday; Arm Holdings, Airbnb to Decline

06:51 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The most-talked-about stocks in the Reddit subforum Wallstreetbets were mostly lower hours before Thursday's opening bell.

Arm Holdings ( ARM ) fell by 8.3% pre-bell, declining further after a 1.6% drop at Wednesday's close. The company reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.02 a year earlier.

Airbnb ( ABNB ) declined by 8.5% in premarket activity, still down after a 1.2% fall from the previous session. Airbnb ( ABNB ) reported Q1 earnings of $0.41 per diluted share, up from $0.18 a year earlier.

AMC Entertainment ( AMC ) slipped by 2.8% hours before market open, after closing Wednesday unchanged. AMC Entertainment ( AMC ) reported Q1 adjusted loss of $0.78 per diluted share, compared with a $1.31 loss a year earlier.

Tesla (TSLA) was down 0.9% pre-bell, after closing Wednesday with a 1.7% decline.

Boeing ( BA ) was 0.7% lower in premarket hours, swinging from a 2.1% increase at Wednesday's close.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) was down 0.5% hours before market open, declining further after a 0.2% fall from the previous session.

Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ) rose by 5.4% in pre-bell activity, reversing a 0.8% decline from the previous session. Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ) reported Q1 earnings of $0.18 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.57 a year earlier.

Shopify ( SHOP ) was up 0.9% premarket, swinging from an 18.6% decline from the previous session.
