SP Tulsian positive on Bank of India and Oriental Bank of Commerce
Dec 27, 2018 6:48 AM

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, SP Tulsian shared his views on the fundamentals of the market. He also spoke about specific stocks and sectors.

Tulsian said they have a positive call on banks under prompt corrective action (PCA), especially Bank of India and Oriental Bank of Commerce.

"I agree that maybe one can add the name of Allahabad Bank, but generally, in case of the smaller banks, we have not seen the prices sustaining. So it is better to concentrate on the larger banks like Bank of India and Oriental Bank of Commerce,” Tulsian said.

OnTata Global Beverages, Tulsian said, “We have been keeping a positive view on the consumption theme largely because of the rural consumption is seen moving up. However, we have never liked Tata Global Beverages.”

“We would prefer stocks like Britannia, Dabur, or Hindustan Unilever after having acquired GSK Consumer,” he added.
