Dec 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

ENDESA

Endesa said on Monday Enel's CEO bought 150,000 shares in

Endesa.

Separately, Masdar, an Abu Dhabi-based renewable energy

group, is close to buy a set of photovoltaic projects from

Endesa, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on

Tuesday.

GRIFOLS

Grifols said on Monday it agreed to appoint two new board

members.

AEDAS

The company said it had signed an agreement with a private

developer to buy a land portfolio in Spain for 129 million euros

($136.26 million).

IBERDROLA

Iberdrola's Avangrid ( AGR ), along with Portland General

Electric ( POR ), have agreed with Meta and data centre

firm QTS to supply renewable energy from the Tower Solar park to

a data centre complex under construction in Oregon, Spanish

newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday, citing Avangrid ( AGR ).

TALGO

Sidenor has picked Deloitte to conduct a due diligence of

Talgo's accounts, Spanish online news website El Confidencial

reported on Tuesday, citing several sources close to the

transaction,
