Nike Inc. ( NKE )

Earnings per share were 54 cents, beating the forecast of 28 cents per share.

Quantum Computing Inc. ( QUBT ) 

Quantum Computing’s stock plummeted by 11.71%, closing at $7.39. The day’s high was $8.37, with a low of $7.06. Its 52-week high and low are $27.15 and $0.35, respectively. The company reported fourth-quarter operating expenses of $8.9 million, up from $6.6 million the previous year. It ended the quarter with $78.9 million in cash and equivalents. Quantum Computing shares declined by another 13.13% in after-hours trading following the earnings release.

FedEx Corp. ( FDX ) 

FedEx ( FDX ) shares decreased by 0.37%, closing at $246.21. The stock’s intraday high was $250.2, with a low of $243.01. Its 52-week range is between $313.84 and $239.50. The stock fell 5.6% in the after-hours trading. The company reported quarterly earnings of $4.51 per share, missing the consensus estimate of $4.54. However, revenue was $22.2 billion, exceeding expectations of $21.89 billion. FedEx also lowered its FY25 revenue forecast.

D-Wave Quantum Inc. ( QBTS ) 

D-Wave Quantum’s stock dropped by 18.02%, closing at $8.69. The stock hit a high of $11.25 and a low of $8.27 during the day. Its 52-week high and low are $11.95 and $0.75, respectively. The company unveiled a new blockchain architecture designed to reduce energy usage by 1000x. This system integrates quantum computing with blockchain processes, enhancing security and efficiency. D-Wave presented this breakthrough in a recent research paper. The shares declined 3.6% in the after-hours trading.

Tesla Inc. ( TSLA ) 

Tesla’s stock saw a slight increase of 0.17%, closing at $236.26. The intraday high was $238, with a low of $230.05. The stock’s 52-week high and low are $488.54 and $138.8, respectively. Tesla is facing a $1.4 billion discrepancy in capital expenditure over the last six months of 2024. Tesla’s market valuation has dropped from $1.7 trillion to under $800 billion.
