01:54 PM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cibus ( CBUS ) said Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 3 million shares of its class A common stock at $4 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of about $12 million.

Shares slumped 28% amid intraday trading volume at over 1.6 million compared with a daily average of about 177,000.

Mullen Automotive ( MULN ) said Wednesday that its subsidiary Bollinger Motors priced the 2025 Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab at $158,758.

Shares fell 20%, with intraday trading volume at more than 901,000 versus a daily average of about 372,000.

Vaccinex ( VCNX ) said Wednesday it signed agreements for the immediate exercise of outstanding warrants to buy about 1.07 million common shares at the reduced exercise price of $5.636 apiece, resulting in the issuance of 827,483 shares and the pre-funding of 240,009 shares.

Shares slid 10% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 33,000 compared with the stock's daily average of about 79,000.
