Net proceeds are for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares declined 33%, with intraday trading volume at 13.5 million versus the stock's daily average of about 1.6 million.

Giftify ( GIFT ) said Wednesday it plans to sell 600,000 common shares at $1 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000.

Net proceeds are likely for general corporate purposes, capital expenditures, working capital, and general and administrative expenses.

Shares sank 31%, with intraday trading volume climbing to over 462,000 versus a daily average of about 37,000.
