02:11 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Epsium Enterprise ( EPSM ) said Wednesday that it was aware of the recent volatility in its stock price but there have been no corporate events or operational developments that would reasonably explain such unusual price fluctuations.

Shares sank 60% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 204,000 from a daily average of about 324,000.

Kindly MD (NAKA) shares plunged 40% after the company said that its Nakamoto unit has committed to investing up to $30 million in Metaplanet, a bitcoin treasury firm.

More than 4.25 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 1.19 million.

Synopsys ( SNPS ) overnight posted fiscal Q3 results that missed the Street's estimates and cut its full-year earnings outlook.

Shares dropped 31% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 15.5 million from a daily average of roughly 1.6 million.
