01:49 PM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FMC (FMC) shares sank 43% amid heavy trading after the company reported overnight a year-over-year decline in Q3 revenue and cut its full-year adjusted earnings and sales guidance.

More than 31.9 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of roughly 2.1 million.

Chipotle Mexican Grill ( CMG ) shares sank after the company lowered its full-year comparable restaurant sales guidance.

Shares dropped 16% as intraday trading volume rose to over 75.6 million from a daily average of about 18.2 million.

Baxter International ( BAX ) reported Q3 adjusted net income fell year over year, and the growth in sales lagged market consensus.

Shares were 13% lower as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 15.7 million from a daily average of roughly 7.5 million.
