02:18 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Korro Bio's ( KRRO ) move to prioritize GaINac-conjugated programs that target the liver is the pragmatic approach after the "disappointing" data on its KRRO-110 product candidate, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Thursday.

The company is going into cash preservation mode by cutting its workforce by 34% across all levels in a bid to extend its cash runway for the development of KRRO-121, its next candidate as a potential treatment for patients with hyperammonemia.

Shares sank 80% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 6.6 million from a daily average of about 259,000.

Ardent Health's ( ARDT ) shares slumped 35% amid heavy trading after the company reported late Wednesday it swung to a Q3 loss and lowered its 2025 earnings guidance.

Intraday trading volume jumped to over 2.7 million shares from a daily average of about 355,000.

Caring Brands ( CABR ) said late Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 1 million shares at $4 per share, for gross proceeds of about $4 million.
