01:54 PM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gemini Space Station ( GEMI ) reported on Tuesday preliminary net loss estimates for the full-year 2025.

The company also said Chief Operating Officer Marshall Beard, Chief Financial Officer Dan Chen, and Chief Legal Officer Tyler Meade are leaving the company, effective Tuesday.

Shares were down 14% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 2.1 million, versus the stock's daily average of about 1.9 million.

JFB Construction ( JFB ) said Tuesday it entered into a definitive agreement to combine with XTEND in an all-stock deal valued at $1.5 billion, based on the price paid per share in a concurrent private placement.

Shares of JFB Construction ( JFB ) sank 41% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 779,000 from a daily average of about 68,000.

Franklin Electric ( FELE ) shares dropped 14% after the company reported lower-than-expected Q4 results on Tuesday.

Intraday trading volume rose to over 589,000 from a daily average of roughly 312,000.
