More than 196.2 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.09 million.

AmpliTech Group ( AMPG ) disclosed Wednesday the "successful" development and deployment of its proprietary low-noise cryogenic High Electron Mobility Transistor amplifiers, which, the company said, play a "critical role" in enabling quantum computers to operate efficiently at extremely low temperatures, a prerequisite for high-fidelity quantum operations.
