Shares rose 46% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 165.5 million from a daily average of about 518,000.

Greenland Technologies ( GTEC ) reported late Wednesday fiscal 2024 net income of $15.2 million, compared with a net loss of $25 million for fiscal 2023.

Shares advanced 65%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 72.7 million compared with a daily average of about 348,000.

Regulus Therapeutics ( RGLS ) said Thursday it completed a phase 1b clinical trial of farabursen to treat autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, with full data from the fourth cohort confirming the 300 milligrams fixed dose selection to achieve optimal kidney exposure.

Wells Fargo upgraded Regulus to overweight from an equalweight rating, with a $6 price target.

Shares of Regulus advanced 35% intraday as trading volume climbed to over 27.7 million from a daily average of roughly 478,000.
