02:21 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) and Omeros ( OMER ) struck a deal for Novo to get exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize Omeros' ( OMER ) drug candidate zaltenibart, with Omeros ( OMER ) eligible for up to $2.1 billion in upfront and milestone payments, a regulatory filing said Wednesday.

Shares of Omeros ( OMER ) jumped about 166% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 106.3 million from a daily average of about 1.12 million.

Vivakor ( VIVK ) said Wednesday it signed a non-binding term sheet with an undisclosed wholesaler to create a $40 million commodity intermediation credit facility to support its crude oil trading platform.

Shares surged 54% as intraday trading volume soared to over 262.3 million from a daily average of roughly 3.26 million.

Nextracker ( NXT ) and T1 Energy ( TE ) said Wednesday they have agreed to a deal to use Nextracker's ( NXT ) steel module frame technology for T1's new 5-gigawatt G1_Dallas solar manufacturing facility.

Shares of T1 advanced 24% as intraday trading volume soared to over 22.5 million from a daily average of about 2.81 million.
