Sun Pharmaceutical Industries on Tuesday reported a 286.1 percent year-on-year (YoY) jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,241.8 crore for the December 2018 quarter.

Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Ltd: Troubles in the realty sector after the note-ban shocker in 2016, coupled with the liquidity crisis in the NBFC sector in 2018, have forced Reliance AIF Management Company, an arm of Reliance Nippo Life, to seek a two-year extension till March 2021 in a scheme involving five debt issues, reported PTI.

State-owned Oil India Ltd on Tuesday posted nearly a 75 percent surge in its quarterly profit, handily beating analysts' estimates, boosted by gains from its crude oil segment.

Coal India Ltd, the world's biggest coal miner, reported a 50.1 percent jump in third-quarter profit on Tuesday as it benefited from higher coal production.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals: The company, in an exchange filing, said it received a USFDA approval for Fenofibrate tablets.

DHFL: The company, in an exchange filing, said Vijaya Sampath has resigned from the position of an Independent Director due to personal reasons with effect from February 12.

Allahabad Bank, Andhra Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Overseas Bank, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank: The Reserve Bank of India imposed a penalty on seven banks for non-compliance of rules, including the monitoring of funds.
