Jet Airways: After Naresh Goyal stepped down from his post as chairman on Monday, Air India chairman Ashwani Lohani emerged as one of the contenders to head the operations at the airline in the interim period till the lenders find a suitable investor for the beleaguered carrier, said sources familiar with the matter.

DLF: Realty major DLF on Monday launched its QIP offer to raise over Rs 3,000 crore by selling 17.3 crore equity shares to qualified institutional investors. (stock image)

Mindtree: IT services firm Mindtree's board will meet today to decide on the share buyback proposal, which aims to avert L&T's hostile takeover.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance: Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd will sell 3.71 percent stake in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company for a floor price of Rs 300 per share, the company said on Monday.

Future Retail: The company on Monday said it has reappointed Kishore Biyani as its managing director and Rakesh Biyani as its joint managing director for three years.

Coal India: The government has pared its holding in Coal India Ltd to 72.33 percent in the current fiscal from 78.5 percent in 2017-18, the mining major said on Monday.
