Nov 7 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main stock indexes hit
record highs in the run-up to an interest-rate decision from the
Federal Reserve on Thursday, extending a sharp rally sparked by
Donald Trump's stunning comeback as U.S. president for a second
time.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 11.0 points, or
0.03%, at the open to 43718.92. The S&P 500 rose 18.2
points, or 0.31%, at the open to 5947.21, while the Nasdaq
Composite rose 101.0 points, or 0.53%, to 19084.428 at
the opening bell.
