The third and the largest phase of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections is scheduled for today, April 23 which will see a maximum of 117 Lok Sabha constituencies going to poll, spread across 13 states and two union territories.

It also marks the last day of polling in the southern states.

The polling dates for the general elections are April 11, April 18, April 23, April 29, May 6, May 12 and May 19. The counting of votes will be done on May 23.
