Thoma Bravo to buy call center software maker Verint Systems, Bloomberg News reports

Aug 24 (Reuters) - Buyout firm Thoma Bravo is planning

to acquire call center software maker Verint Systems ( VRNT ),

Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with

the matter.

The deal would value Verint ( VRNT ) at about $2 billion, including

debt, the report added.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
