Velocity Financial, Inc. operates as a real estate finance company in the United States.

The company originates and acquire loans, which is secured by mortgage liens on income-producing and/or owner/user commercial properties, including investor 1-4, a non-owner occupied residential rental properties with 1-4 units; residential apartments combined with office or retail space; and multi-family comprising traditional apartment buildings, condominiums, and other residential properties with 5+ units.

It also finances for retail properties with various types of retail products and merchandise or services; commercial properties occupied by professional or business offices; and warehouse and other properties, which include self-storage units, auto services, hospitality, light industrial, and other commercial enterprises, as well as provides short-term and interest-only loans for acquisition and improvement of 1-4-unit residential properties.

The company offers its products through a network of independent mortgage brokers for independent real estate investors and small business owners.

Velocity Financial, Inc. was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Westlake Village, California.

According to a latest status report finalised by the power ministry on November 29, 2021, the total overdue of the discoms rose to Rs 93,609 crore in October, from Rs 91,738 crore in September this year. The total overdues of discoms had started tapering off from January this year, when it dipped to Rs 97,334 crore from Rs 99,831 crore in December, 2020. However, it again rose to Rs 97,292 in February this year.

The Kotak IndiGo 'Ka-ching' credit card comes in two variants -- 6E Rewards and 6E Rewards XL, the airline said in a statement. The co-branded credit card will enable customers to accrue accelerated '6E Rewards' (points) on all spends that can be redeemed against the purchase of airline tickets anytime with no blackout dates, it mentioned.

Under the scheme, the acquiring banks will be incentivised by the Government, by way of paying percentage of value of transactions (P2M) done through RuPay Debit cards and low-value BHIM-UPI modes of payments, at an estimated financial outlay of Rs 1,300 crore for a period of one year with effective from April 1, 2021.
