10:38 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Asian equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were higher on Monday morning, up 0.9% to 2,313.18 on the S&P Asia 50 ADR Index.
From North Asia, the gainers were led by biotech firm I-Mab ( IMAB ) and cosmetics and skincare company Yatsen ( YSG ) , which advanced 18% and 8%, respectively.
They were followed by technology companies Xunlei ( XNET ) and Tuya ( TUYA ) , which climbed 9% and 6.5%, respectively.
The decliners from North Asia were led by pet-focused online platform Boqii ( BQ ) and tea drinks brand Chagee (CHA), which fell 6.9% and 3%, respectively.
From South Asia, the gainers were led by technology company Wipro ( WIT ) , which rose 1%.
The decliners from South Asia were led by HDFC Bank ( HDB ) , which fell 1.7%, followed by ICICI Bank ( IBN ) , which was down 1.4%.
