Asian Equities Traded in the US as American Depositary Receipts Rise in Wednesday Trading

10:42 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Asian equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were advancing on Wednesday morning, up 0.50% to 2,330.36 on the S&P Asia 50 ADR Index.

From North Asia, the gainers were led by brokerage and wealth management platform Futu ( FUTU ) and online brokerage UP Fintech ( TIGR ) , which advanced 5.2% and 4.6% respectively. They were followed by semiconductor company Himax Technologies ( HIMX ) and technology company Tuya ( TUYA ) , which were climbing 3.2% and 2.3% respectively.

The decliners from North Asia were led by technology company and online service provider Xunlei ( XNET ) and beauty group Yatsen ( YSG ) , which fell 17% and 7.3% respectively. They were followed by Lidar products maker Hesai ( HSAI ) , which shed 1.1%.

From South Asia, the gainers were led by technology firm Wipro ( WIT ) and ICICI Bank ( IBN ) , which rose 1.4% and 0.5% respectively.

The decliners from South Asia were led by HDFC Bank ( HDB ) , which eased 0.3%.
