From continental Europe, the gainers were led by e-commerce company MYT (MYTE) and cybersecurity company Wisekey ( WKEY ) , which rose past 11% and 6.6% respectively.
They were followed by steel manufacturing company ArcelorMittal ( MT ) , which was up nearly 3%.
The decliners from continental Europe were led by food company Oatly ( OTLY ) and energy company Equinor ( EQNR ) , which fell 3.5% and 2.7% respectively.
They were followed by energy company Eni (E), which was down 1.8%.
From the UK and Ireland, the gainers were led by financial company Lloyds (LYG) and budget airline Ryanair ( RYAOF ) , which rose 4.6% and 4% respectively.
They were followed by clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Mereo BioPharma ( MREO ) , which was up 3.5%.
The decliners from the UK and Ireland were led by biopharmaceutical company Adaptimmune Therapeutics ( ADAP ) and clinical-stage cell therapy company TC Biopharm ( TCBP ) , which lost 4.7% and 2.4% respectively.
