08:27 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Extreme Networks ( EXTR ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.25 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.08 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected earnings of $0.23.

Net revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $307 million, up from $256.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $299.9 million.

The company expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.20 to $0.23 on net revenue of $292 million to $300 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.20 and $290.9 million, respectively.

For fiscal year 2026, the company expects net revenue to range from $1.23 billion to $1.24 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.22 billion.

Shares of the company were up over 7% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
