Aimia Board Approves Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:32 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aimia ( AIMFF ) said Thursday that it has received board approval for a normal course issue bid.

Under the bid, the company will buy for cancellation up to 10% of its public float, or about 7 million common shares.

The NCIB will begin by June 6, 2024, and will end by June 5, 2025.
