10:30 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Air Products and Chemicals ( APD ) said Wednesday it will build two new air separation units at its existing locations in Georgia and North Carolina to replace older units.

Expected to be onstream in 2026, the new air separation units will provide additional capacity at the locations, the company said.

The company's shares were up 1.3% in recent trading.
