07:38 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A.I.S. Resources ( AISSF ) on Wednesday said it settled $380,928 in debt through the issuance of 7.6 million common shares at $0.05 apiece.

The company said 6.4 million shares were issued to non-arms length parties in settlement of $321,474, under the debt settlement.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.0250 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
