09:53 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alamos Gold ( AGI ) announced Monday that its wholly owned Netherlands units completed the sale of their wholly owned Turkish unit
A statement noted the sale is to Tumad, a mining company operating in the Republic of Turkiye, for total cash consideration of US$470 million. The company received $160 million in cash upon closing. On the one-year and two-year anniversaries of closing the deal, Alamos will receive $160 million and $150 million, respectively.
This Turkish unit owns the Kirazli, Agi Dagi and Camyurt projects located in northwestern Turkiye.
Shares of the company were last seen down 3% on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
