Albany International Affiliate Plans to Discontinue Manufacturing Capacity in South Korea

09:09 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Albany International's ( AIN ) Albany International Korea affiliate said Friday it intends to end manufacturing at its operations in Chungju, South Korea.

The 76 affected manufacturing workers will be offered separation and outplacement assistance, Albany International Korea said.

The company said it plans to transfer production to other facilities, a move that it expects to complete by July.
