03:12 PM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alibaba Group Holding ( BABA ) affiliate Ant Group is mulling the acquisition of Chinese online healthcare platform Haodf.com, according to media reports.

Ant Group plans to integrate Haodf into Alipay's health business division, Yicai Global reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources.

The acquisition talks are still in the initial stage and could be subject to change, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Alibaba ( BABA ), Ant Group and Haodf did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
