05:49 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allbirds ( BIRD ) said late Monday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq Stock Market.

The company said the closing bid price of its Class A common stock has fallen below $1 per share for 30 consecutive days.

Allbirds ( BIRD ) has until Sept. 30 to regain compliance. It may be eligible for an additional 180 days if it does not succeed in the first attempt.

Allbirds ( BIRD ) plans to "consider actions that it may take in response to this notification in order to regain compliance."
