Alphatec Plans $300 Million Convertible Notes Offering

05:05 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphatec ( ATEC ) said late Monday it plans to offer $300 million of convertible senior notes due 2030 to institutional investors in a private offering.

The company said it plans to offer initial buyers an option to purchase up to an additional $50 million of the notes.
