08:13 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alvotech ( ALVO ) said Monday the UK High Court rejected an injunction request by Regeneron (REGN) and Bayer to block UK manufacturing of AVT06, Alvotech's ( ALVO ) biosimilar to Eylea.

The ruling allows Alvotech ( ALVO ) and its contract manufacturer to proceed with manufacturing activities for AVT06 in the UK, supporting the commercial launch of AVT06 in the UK, the European Economic Area and other markets after the Nov. 23 expiry of Eylea's supplementary protection certificates, according to a statement.

The decision upholds the SPC framework allowing manufacturing of biosimilars for stockpiling in the six months before expiry and export during the SPC term, Alvotech ( ALVO ) said.

Shares of the company were up 2.8% in recent Monday premarket activity.
