Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $663.7 million, down from $674.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $658.5 million.

The company said it continues to expect 2025 adjusted FFO of $1.39 to $1.45.
