Oct 14, 2025 2:14 PM

ASP Isotopes Inc ( ASPI ) shares are falling in Tuesday’s after-hours session after the company announced a proposed public offering.

ASPI is feeling the pressure from bearish momentum after hours. Check the fundamentals here.

What To Know: After the market close on Tuesday, ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) said it’s commencing an underwritten public offering of its common stock. The size and terms of the offering were not disclosed.

ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) had approximately $67.7 million of total cash and cash equivalents as of June 30.

The offering comes after shares rallied to start the week. ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) announced on Monday that it entered into a supply contract with a U.S.-based customer for enriched silicon-28, with deliveries expected in the first quarter of 2026. The deal marks the company’s largest silicon-28 contract to date.

How To Buy ASPI Stock

By now, you're likely curious about how to participate in the market for ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) — be it to purchase shares, or even attempt to bet against the company.

Buying shares is typically done through a brokerage account. You can find a list of possible trading platforms here. Many will allow you to buy “fractional shares,” which allows you to own portions of stock without buying an entire share.

If you're looking to bet against a company, the process is more complex. You'll need access to an options trading platform or a broker who will allow you to “go short” a share of stock by lending you the shares to sell. The process of shorting a stock can be found at this resource. Otherwise, if your broker allows you to trade options, you can either buy a put option or sell a call option at a strike price above where shares are currently trading — either way, it allows you to profit from the share price decline.

ASPI Price Action: ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) shares were down 9.47% in after-hours, trading at $12.72 at the time of publication on Tuesday, according to Benzinga Pro.

The stock hit new 52-week highs on Tuesday before pulling back in after-hours. Despite the pullback, ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) is still trading above its 50-day moving average.
