09:11 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AST SpaceMobile ( ASTS ) said Wednesday it will redeem all of its publicly traded warrants on Sept. 27 at a redemption price of $0.01 per warrant.

Prior to the redemption date, warrant holders may continue to exercise their warrants for Class A common shares for an exercise price of $11.50 apiece, AST said.

AST shares were down by nearly 4% in recent premarket trading.
