08:36 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AtkinsRealis (ATRL.TO) said on Monday that it secured a multi-year contract to provide program management and owners engineering services to Avangrid Networks, a subsidiary of U.S.-listed sustainable energy company Avangrid.

Under the terms, AtkinsRealis will provide engineering support and manage planning, controlling, permitting, environmental studies, public communications, field construction management, procurement, construction, commissioning and other services for Avangrid's capital expenditure-extensive projects.

AtkinsRealis said it has provided Avangrid with similar services under multiple agreements over the last 11 years.

According to AtkinsRealis, the services will be provided to Rochester Gas and Electric, New York State Electric and Gas, Central Maine Power and United Illuminating.
