Atlassian to Buy The Browser Co.

08:37 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlassian ( TEAM ) said Thursday it has agreed to buy The Browser Co. for about $610 million in cash.

The deal, which will likely close in fiscal Q2 2026, will not materially impact financial results for fiscal 2026 and 2027, the company said.

The acquisition will support the creation of an AI-powered browser optimized for Software as a Service applications, Atlassian ( TEAM ) said.
