Australia's Sayona Mining buys US based Piedmont Lithium

Nov 19 (Reuters) - Australia's Sayona Mining ( SYAXF )

said on Tuesday it is buying U.S.-based Piedmont Lithium ( PLL )

in a deal that will consolidate their Canadian operations while

shoring up exposure to the North American electric vehicle

industry, including Piedmont customer Tesla.
