Bank of America Lifts Dividend, Approves $40 Billion Buyback

05:32 PM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) said late Wednesday it raised its quarterly dividend by $0.02 to $0.28 per share, payable Sept. 26 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 5.

The board also authorized a new $40 billion share repurchase program, effective Aug. 1.
