Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.17.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $153.7 million, down from $154.4 million a year earlier.

The company maintained the quarterly dividend at $0.48 per share, payable on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 5.
