06:00 PM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bellevue Capital Partners said Thursday it increased the purchase price of its tender offer to purchase up to 125,000 shares of American Strategic Investment ( NYC ) common stock to $10.25 a share from $9.25.

Bellevue said it is making the offer at a 77% premium to the May 3 closing price because of its "continued confidence in ASIC's portfolio and underlying assets."

The tender offer will close on July 5.
