05:55 PM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bionano Genomics ( BNGO ) said Monday it raised about $10 million from the sale of about 17.5 million shares at $0.571 apiece to investors, with H.C. Wainwright as the placement agent.

The company also issued clinical milestone-linked series A and series B warrants to the investors. If the series warrants are fully exercised, the potential additional proceeds will be about $20 million, Bionano said.
