04:39 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BJ's Restaurants (BJRI) said Thursday it appointed Lyle D. Tick as chief executive officer, effective June 5.

Tick succeeds interim CEO Bradford Richmond, who will remain on the board and serve as a special advisor during the transition.

Tick previously served as president and chief concept officer at BJ's Restaurants.

The company also said CFO Thomas A. Houdek has resigned, effective June 20.
