BlackBerry's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Net Income Unchanged Year Over Year, Revenue Falls; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Set

07:37 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income Wednesday of $0.03 per share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analyst estimates were not available for comparison.

Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 28 was $141.7 million, down from $152.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $129.7 million.

The company said that for fiscal Q1 it expects a range between a non-GAAP loss of $0.01 per share and breakeven.

Revenue for the quarter is expected to range between $107 million and $115 million, BlackBerry said.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $125.1 million.

The company also said it expects fiscal 2026 non-GAAP earnings of $0.08 to $0.10 per share.

Revenue for the fiscal year is expected to range between $504 million and $534 million, BlackBerry added.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $535.4 million.
