Blackstone Set to Win Bidding for Warehouse REIT
Aug 22, 2025 5:20 AM

07:46 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) is set to win the bidding for Warehouse REIT after rival bidder Tritax BigBox REIT said in a filing Friday that it will not raise its offer for the company and that its offer is final.

Tritax Big Box was given until Aug. 25 to revise its bid after Warehouse REIT received a higher cash offer from Wapping Bidco, according to the filing. Wapping Bidco is indirectly owned by investment funds advised by affiliates of Blackstone, Warehouse REIT said in a previous statement.

The auction was set to start on Aug. 26.

Blackstone declined to comment, while Warehouse REIT did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' comment request.
