Boxlight Regains Nasdaq Listing Compliance

11:50 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boxlight ( BOXL ) said Tuesday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's $2.5 million minimum stockholders' equity requirement for continued listing.

Nasdaq also notified the company that it had complied with rules relating to independent director and audit committee requirements, Boxlight ( BOXL ) said.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent trading.
