BWX Technologies Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Increases 2025 Guidance

04:36 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BWX Technologies ( BWXT ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Monday of $1.02 per diluted share, up from $0.82 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.79.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $764 million from $681.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $711.1 million.

The company raised its 2025 non-GAAP EPS guidance to between $3.65 and $3.75 on revenue of $3.1 billion. Previously, it expected $3.40 to $3.55 per share on revenue of $3 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $3.55 on revenue of $3.06 billion.

The company kept its quarterly dividend at $0.25 a share, payable Sept. 5 to holders of record Aug. 18.

Shares of the company were up 10% in recent after-hours activity.
