07:48 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canopy Growth Corporation ( CGC ) said Wednesday that Tom Stewart has been appointed chief financial officer, effective immediately.

He has worked as interim CFO since July and has been part of Canopy Growth's ( CGC ) senior finance team since 2019, contributing to initiatives like debt repayments and capital raising, the company said.

Shares of the company were up over 1.3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
